Leadership Essentials training Sydney

A great follow-up to our one day, WHS Risk Management for Managers and Supervisors course, this practical and interactive leadership course will introduce all levels of management to the essential skills and qualities displayed by effective leaders.

Course participants will identify their existing personality profile and how it can impact how they lead and manage conflict in their workplace. They will also learn how to motivate, communicate with and develop their teams via a suite of quick decision exercises (QDEs), case studies and fun, inter-active exercises using real world examples.

Delivery methods: This training is delivered on site (face to face) for corporate groups. We can also deliver the course to your group via Zoom.

On-site courses can be delivered in Sydney and across NSW. Our trainers can travel to Melbourne, Brisbane, and Canberra.
