As a business owner and Managing Director of a construction, maintenance, cleaning and security business, I’ve completed several White Card courses over the years. While they’re an important requirement, I often found the training to be quite basic for those in senior management roles. Recently, I attended a construction leadership session delivered by Ilija, and it was a completely different experience. The session was engaging, practical, and tailored to the challenges faced by business owners, directors, and senior leaders in the construction industry. It provided valuable insights that went well beyond simply meeting compliance requirements, and I walked away with knowledge I can apply across our operations. A big thank you to Ilija for delivering such a professional, educational and thought-provoking session. It’s been many years since I have completed a similar course. A lot has changed in that time and it was great to complete the one day WHS Risk Management course to keep up to date on what is expected and why and how to manage safety on our sites to comply with the law and more importantly everyone’s safety. I like to thank our trainer Ilija for his knowledge and passion in presenting the training. We covered a lot of topics in detail and the day went very quickly and I left the training with better knowledge on how to manage safety on site.
