For Onsite Corporate Courses
To ensure a smooth and engaging training experience, we kindly ask course organisers to provide a suitable training space that supports both the trainer and participants. Below you’ll find what’s required and recommended for onsite delivery.
Equipment
- Whiteboard or Flipchart: A whiteboard with markers and eraser is preferred. Alternatively a flipchart.
- Projection Setup: Our trainer will bring a laptop and projector and will need a blank wall or screen for projection. Alternatively, they can connect to your projector or TV screen (HDMI-compatible).
- Power Access: Accessible power outlets for the trainer’s equipment.
Room Layout and Comfort
- Tables and Chairs: Arrange tables in a U-shape, classroom, or boardroom style depending on group size.
- Lighting and Ventilation: Provide adequate lighting and good airflow or air conditioning. Minimise noise and distractions where possible.
- Accessibility: Ensure the room is accessible for participants with mobility needs. If any participants require adjustments, we’ll liaise with you in advance.
Catering and Breaks
- Catering: You may wish to arrange catering for your team – this is optional.
- Breaks: Our trainer will coordinate short breaks and a lunch break with you. Please advise if there are any site-specific protocols or restrictions.
Course Materials
All course notes and learning materials will be supplied by PeopleSafe Australia. Participants will be advised in advance of any items they need to bring.
