This Nationally Recognised training equips participants with skills and knowledge to shift loads using manual handling methods, including planning, risk assessment and relocating the load according to the plan. It includes compliance with safety legislation and principles of safe lifting. It also covers moving loads as part of day-to-day work, performed under some supervision, generally within a team environment. .

How is course content covered?
This practical hands on course is undertaken face-to-face in the classroom. Due to the interactive nature of this manual handling course, the maximum class size is 12 participants.
